Account basics (name, email, age band), the books you open, the time you spend on a page, and the badges you earn. For children under 13, we collect nothing beyond a kid-safe display name.

To recommend better books, to power your shelf, and to honor your streaks. Nothing else.
Your rights
Export, edit, or delete your entire account from your profile at any time. Requests are honored within 30 days under GDPR, POPIA, and CCPA.

Direct messages and safety
Direct messages between members may be reviewed by automated safety tooling and, where a concern is detected, by trained admins. We do this only to protect the community from threats, harassment, and unlawful content. Reviewed messages are retained per our standard retention policy and never sold or shared with advertisers.
